Apart from organising all entrance visa, flight reservations and hotel accommodations, there are thousands of other details to clarify, to organise and to verify. For each of the 15 weeks, there is one travel expert who is responsible to set up the organisation beforehand. During the journey, the trip is monitored from the Operational Centre in Switzerland. By dividing the different tasks, the complexity of the entire organisation is well manageable. What happens in case of a flight cancellation or an accident? Does it mean that we have to reschedule all deadlines? - No. As the trip is organised in a manner, that in case of an issue we can fly to a destination from which the trip can be continued. The “omitted” countries are added at the end of the journey. This planning system avoids excessive re-scheduling and shall guarantee planning stability.
